Refund and Cancellation Policy
Overview
At MYJAWLA, we strive to ensure your travel experience is seamless. We understand that plans can change, and our policy is designed to be fair to both our travelers and our service partners.
Cancellation by the Customer:
Full Refund: Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the service date are eligible for a full refund (minus any bank processing fees).
Partial Refund: Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours prior to the service date will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
No Refund: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service or "no-shows" are non- refundable.
Cancellation by MYJAWLA:
In the rare event that we must cancel a service due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen technical issues, customers will be offered an alternative date or a 100% refund.
Refund Processing: Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.
