​How You Receive Your Booking

All services provided by MYJAWLA are delivered digitally.

​Booking Confirmation:

Upon successful payment, you will receive an automated confirmation via email or WhatsApp containing your digital voucher and booking ID.

​Redemption:

You can present your digital voucher on your smartphone at the service location. No physical printing is required unless specifically stated in the "Important Note" section of your voucher.

​Processing Time:

Most bookings are confirmed instantly. For custom tours, confirmation may take between [2 to 6] hours to sync with our local providers.
